By using prefrosh.ai you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
What the site is
prefrosh.ai gives estimates about college admission odds, costs and fit, built from public data and our own models. It is an information tool, not a college counselor, and it is not affiliated with any college or with the College Board, ACT or Common App.
Estimates aren't promises
Admissions decisions are made by colleges, and no model can predict them for an individual student. Our odds are rough, can be wrong, and rest on data that may be incomplete or out of date. Check deadlines, costs and requirements with each college before you rely on them. We provide the site as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for decisions made or outcomes reached using it.
Using the site
- You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your sign-in link private.
- Don't scrape the site in bulk, try to break or overload it, or use it to harass anyone.
- AI features have daily limits. The counselor gives feedback on your own writing and never writes it for you; what you submit to colleges must be your own work, and you're responsible for following each college's rules on AI.
- Reviews you post must be your own honest experience. We may remove content that's abusive, false or off-topic. By posting, you let us display it on the site.
Accounts
You must be 13 or older, and if you're under 18, have a parent or guardian's permission. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the site or ask us to delete your account at any time.
Our content
The site, its models and its original text belong to prefrosh.ai. School data comes from public sources, listed on where the data comes from; campus photos carry their own credits. You keep ownership of what you submit.
Your data
How we handle it is in the privacy policy. In short: we keep what you give us to run and improve the site, and we don't sell your personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; continuing to use the site means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which prefrosh.ai's operator resides. Questions: [email protected].
